Indigenous leader: "Evo is repressing the people"

The president of Bolivia, Evo Morales, asked his followers to fence the cities of the country this weekend. To this request was added, for example, the Single Trade Union Confederation of Workers. For its part, the Departmental Coordinator for Change (Codecam) threatened to prohibit the entry of food into cities. An action contrary to the 2009 Constitution promoted by the Morales Government. We talked about this threat with Ruth Alipaz Cuqui, general coordinator of the National Coordinator for the Defense of Indigenous Peasant Indigenous Territories and Protected Areas of Bolivia (Contiocap). Alipaz believes that Morales is repressing the people of Bolivia and that he is committing crimes against humanity.
