Carlos Mesa, former presidential candidate of Bolivia for the Citizen Community party, announced Wednesday that he does not accept the audit of the Organization of American States (OAS) to the electoral process since he considers that the conditions “were agreed unilaterally”. The opposition in Bolivia denounces an alleged electoral fraud in the elections of October 20, something rejected by the Government headed by Evo Morales.
