Putin: The work of the Constitution Discussion Committee contributes to the political solution to the crisis in Syria

Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that the work of the constitutional debate committee contributes to the political solution to the crisis in Syria.

"The work of the constitutional committee will contribute to a political solution to the crisis in Syria," Putin told a news conference after talks with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

The work of the Constitution Discussion Committee started in Geneva earlier today with the participation of the 150 members representing the delegation supported by the Syrian government, the delegation of the other parties and the civil society delegation by 50 members for each delegation.
