Among the allegations of irregularities in the presidential elections of Bolivia, is the key moment in which the system of Transmission of Preliminary Electoral Results (TREP) is interrupted. Marcel Guzmán de Rojas, general manager of Neotec, a company that offered the electoral software, says he was instructed by an election official to interrupt the preliminary results after a change in trend that indicated that Carlos Mesa, a candidate for the Citizen Community, was winning.
