Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's Fatah movement said the Balfour Declaration is a historic crime against the Palestinian people.
In a statement on the occasion of the 102nd anniversary of the Balfour Declaration, the movement stressed that the Palestinian people continue to struggle to confront all US-Israeli plans aimed at its existence, from the fateful Balfour Declaration to Trump's colonial promise aimed at liquidating the Palestinian cause.
The movement explained that Trump's decision to consider occupied Jerusalem as the capital of the occupation entity and its measures to liquidate the Palestinian presence and statements of his administration on the legitimacy of settlements and occupation is a new historical crime and a new colonial promise came after a hundred years to complete the colonial plan initiated by Britain.
