Ahmed Hamsho won the Grand Prix title in the second stage of the International Equestrian Show Jumping Championship which ended today at Seif Al-Sham Club in Damascus countryside.
Hamsho won the title after finishing the upper class with a height of 145 cm in the fastest time of 42.92 seconds followed by Amr Hamsho, Sham Al-Assad third, Mohammed Jubrani fourth and Hani Bisharat the fifth.
The top category competitions were held on the first half of the original and the second round of differentiation.
In a statement to SANA Sports Representative, the cavalry pointed to the strength of the competitions witnessed in the second phase of the tournament and the distinctive design of the courses and the high skill level and sophisticated for the Syrian cavalry, while expressing their readiness to compete in the upcoming tournaments to achieve more good results.
Sham al-Assad won the Grand Prix in the first phase of the tournament held last week at Seif Al-Sham Club.
