From Yusuf Al-Azma Square passing through Al-Marjeh Square to Damascus Citadel, today civil and official events joined an environmental march organized by the Environment Directorate in Damascus governorate, with musical and theatrical performances on the necessity of preserving the sustainability of natural resources and combating pollution.

The march, which was organized in coordination with the Ministry of Local Administration and Environment on the occasion of the National Environment Day, aims to spread awareness of the responsibility of all towards the environment and to interact positively with it and commit behaviors to keep it clean.
