The Syrian Arab Red Crescent branch in al-Hasakah distributed food aid to arrivals in the neighborhoods of al-Hasakah city.
The Red Crescent branch said in a statement received by SANA that relief items were distributed to the expatriate families residing outside the shelters in the neighborhoods of Al-Kalsa, Nazareth, Sharia and Western and Eastern Ecstasy in the city of Al-Hasakah.
The branch indicated in its statement that food assistance is provided by the World Food Program and that distribution will continue during the coming period for the arrivals to the rest of the neighborhoods.
In the past few days, the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) distributed 3,800 food baskets and 6,940 winter clothing baskets to families living in the newly arrived Arisha camp from Mabrouka and Ain Issa camps and 500 food baskets for arrivals in Tal Tamr area.
