According to researchers at the University of Michigan and the University of Electro-Communications in Japan, a laser aimed at smart devices can play music or even buy objects online. The discovery could allow anyone to "attack" an intelligent assistant outside their home, by playing music, opening a garage door or buying things through Amazon.
