As for the investment plan, Al-Sulaiman explained that it includes rehabilitation, rehabilitation and establishment of storage warehouses in all governorates. Productivity of improved strains and seeds of high quality cotton, potato tubers, mushrooms and wheat, which is self-sufficient and available in foreign currency.
Suleiman added that the establishment of a warehouse for storing seeds in Tartous, rehabilitation and expansion of the warehouse destroyed by terrorism in Hama and rehabilitation of the laboratory structure in Lattakia to produce potato seeds.

Al-Sulaiman explained that the National Potato Seed Production Project is implemented by national cadres and expertise and consists of four production units distributed geographically over the southern region in As-Suwayda, Central Hama, Northern Aleppo and Saheliya in Tartous with the aim of increasing potato production, achieving self-sufficiency, securing farmers' demand for seed at encouraging prices and eliminating importation. .
