The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate (PJS) confirmed that the systematic violations of the Israeli occupation increased rapidly in 2019 as 18 Palestinian journalists are in detention.
The WAFA news agency quoted the syndicate as saying in a report today that the occupation forces committed about 600 violations against Palestinian journalists since the beginning of this year until the end of last October was the most serious targeting live journalists, which led to the injury of 60 of them seriously and permanently injured in addition to 43 journalists Varying wounds as a result of acoustic and gaseous toxic bombs.
The report pointed out that Palestinian journalists have been subjected to more than 170 violations through beatings and arrests and storming of the press institutions and sabotage in order to obscure the Palestinian cause and cover the violations and crimes of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people.
