In the plenary hall of the Bundestag there has been another medical emergency after the weakness of the CDU deputy Matthias Hauer. This time a left-wing MP was apparently affected.

For the second time in one day, there has been a medical emergency in the plenary hall of the Bundestag. During a roll call, a doctor was suddenly called on Thursday evening. Bundestag Vice President Wolfgang Kubicki (FDP) immediately interrupted the parliamentary session and called for a doctor.

The left-politician Anke Domscheit-Berg wrote on Twitter that a member of her group had suffered a feeble attack. She had recovered after a few minutes. "There were doctors among the deputies, we shielded them with cloths," wrote Domscheit-Berg. She did not mention the name of the deputies.

Addendum: In a roll call vote a few minutes ago, a member of my group suffered a feeble attack. She came to herself after a few minutes. There were doctors among the deputies. We shielded her with towels. What a day

In the live broadcast of the parliamentary session was seen how members with cloths blocked the view of an area near the seats of the left-wing fraction.

Bundestag vice-president Claudia Roth reopened the meeting a good 15 minutes later and said that "the colleague is doing better in the circumstances". Roth wished the honorable Member all the best, and thanked the plenum physicians who had responded quickly to the emergency.

A few hours earlier, MP Matthias Hauer had already had to stop his speech because of health problems. The North Rhine-Westphalian CDU parliamentarian was subsequently taken to the hospital.
