The project of solar panels in the village of Hamiri in the countryside of Hama, due to be put into service and investment soon as a result of cooperation between the General Company for Electricity of Hama and the private sector in order to support the stability of the electricity network in the village in addition to achieving material revenues for the investor.
The station investor Basil Khaddour pointed out that the aim is to support the electrical network in the village and improve the electric current, which is often exposed to a drop up to 150 volts instead of 220 volts, ie maintaining the safety of the operation of household electrical appliances and protect them from damage due to the instability of the electrical system, pointing out that The station feeds and supports half of the village with electricity, not to mention the financial rewards it brings to investors.
It is noteworthy that the number of solar power plants to produce electricity licensed and under construction in the province of Hama currently stands at 4 plants, two of which are in the industrial zone and one in Qamhana and the same in the city of Mharda is scheduled to be installed as a supportive card for the electrical network after completion of completion.
