The Russian judiciary has sentenced ISIS terrorists to prison terms of up to 15 years for preparing terrorist attacks in Russia.
Sputnik quoted the Russian Federal Security Service as saying in a statement that "the second military court of the Western Province sentenced to hard labor on members of the Yaroslavl cell of the terrorist organization" Daesh "for long periods ranging from 9 to 15 years."
The statement added that the convicts were in contact with ISIS terrorists through the application of Telegram, where preparations for terrorist acts were coordinated from outside Russia, adding that during the search of their homes, an arsenal of explosive devices, explosives, firearms and ammunition was confiscated.
Last May, the Russian Federal Security Service announced the arrest of five ISIS terrorists who planned terrorist acts in the Russian city of Yaroslavl with bombs, explosives, weapons and ammunition.
