The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has arrested members of a terrorist-financing cell of the Islamic State (ISIS) who have collected at least 10 million rubles for terrorists in Syria.
"On instructions, the cell members created a financial system to support the activities of an international terrorist organization and collected at least 10 million rubles," a Russian security source said. Terrorists in Syria through payment systems and bank cards.
The source pointed out that during the searches were found in the possession of detainees on the means of communication and payment of checks and other evidence condemning them.
