TEHRAN: Iran is ready to return to full implementation of the nuclear deal if banking and oil sanctions are lifted, Iran's deputy foreign minister said yesterday.
"If sanctions are lifted, Iran will be able to return to full implementation of the agreement and negotiate how to implement it fully," Araghchi said during a visit to Moscow to attend the conference. Reduce our commitment under the nuclear agreement.
