Protesters in favor of the separation of Catalonia from Spain have closed a major corridor on the highway linking Spain and France, affecting the movement between the two countries.
"The closure of the corridor affected both sides of the highway linking the territory of Catalonia with France, disrupting traffic in both directions," Catalonia's transport agency said in a tweet on Twitter.
A group calling itself the Democratic Tsunami Movement, which includes unidentified leaders, has staged protests since nine Catalan leaders demanding secession.
