Participants in a workshop to support the resistance in the Jordanian capital Amman that Syria has established a strong axis of resistance in the region and followed a comprehensive strategy that enabled it to maintain the independence of its decision and withstand the toughest terrorist war against any country.
Fouad Dabbour, Secretary General of the Baath Party in Jordan, said during the workshop held by the Arab and Islamic Alliance to support the resistance option in conjunction with the Arab Forum last night that Syria has pursued a comprehensive strategy since 1970 which built a strong ideological army and achieved stability and economic and productive sufficiency away from capital institutions. Globalism has reaped the independence of political decision-making, resilience and the face of the international war against it for almost nine years.
In turn, retired Brigadier General Naji al-Zoubi said that Syria has developed a defense plan and built a resistance project that made the Zionist enemy incapable of running a military war against it, which prompted regional and international powers known to conspire against it in an attempt to put an end to its resistance role.
For his part, former Jordanian Minister Dr. Talib Rifai pointed out that Syria has never skimped on the resistance with support and supported the Palestinian presence on the ground.
In turn, Syrian Chargé d'Affaires in Amman Dr. Shafiq Diop stressed that Syria has developed a comprehensive and flexible national strategy and supported national liberation movements wherever they exist, adopting Arab issues and defending Palestine and formulating their military and practical alliances in light of this strategy and its constants.
For his part, Fayez Al-Shakhatreh, Chairman of the Arab Forum, made clear in a critical speech to the Arab national situation the importance of unity of purpose for the nationalist militant forces in the face of international, regional and reactionary forces hostile to the nation.
