The commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Major General Hossein Salami, reiterated today that Iran will not negotiate with any party over its missile program.
"Iran will not retreat from increasing its defense capabilities, which is a non-negotiable issue or amendment and considers it part of its red lines," Salami said.
Salami played down the impact of unilateral US actions against Iran, pointing out that despite the US embargo, Tehran was able to develop its weapons and missiles to respond immediately to any attack, considering that US aircraft carriers are no longer safe anywhere in the world.
