Williams Kaliman explains his decision to recommend Evo Morales resignation

Williams Kaliman had less than a year in the position of commander in chief of the Bolivian Armed Forces. This time, however, is enough to go to the history books because he was the commander that last Sunday suggested to Evo Morales to resign, after the publication of the report of the Organization of American States that confirmed electoral fraud in the presidential elections of October 20. We talked to the former commander in chief about his decision.
