(CNN Spanish) - Bolivia's former chancellor, Diego Pary, insisted upon arriving in Nicaragua that there was a coup in his country that the OAS was part of it.

At the Augusto C Sandino airport, Pary added that the OAS "has not only been complicit, but also an actor in the coup process in Bolivia."

“It is clear that the OAS has not only been complicit, but has been an actor in the coup process in Bolivia. On Tuesday, Luis Almagro, the secretary general of the regional organization, said in the Permanent Council that in Bolivia the coup was given by former president Evo Morales when committing fraud, noting that the Electoral Tribunal tried to modify the results of the October 20 elections.

Pary considered that Janine Áñez, current interim president of Bolivia, holds the position illegally.

The former minister summoned the dialogue as the only way to solve the socio-political crisis, and in a call similar to what Morales made from Mexico.

Pary was met at the airport by Denis Moncada, Nicaraguan Foreign Minister, whom he thanked Daniel Ortega's government support for him and Morales.

This Thursday, Pary participated in a meeting of the Political Council of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA), in the Nicaraguan capital.
