Participants in the 33rd International Islamic Unity Conference held in Tehran under the title “Unity of the Nation in Defense of Al-Aqsa” with the participation of Syria, affirmed that the Palestinian issue is the central issue of the Islamic Ummah, pointing out the failure of all attempts to separate the Islamic world from the Palestinian cause to influence its living forces. .

The participants stressed in their final statement today that the Zionist entity poses not only a threat to Palestine, but to all Islamic countries, calling for uniting efforts and supporting the resistance in order to oppose the Zionist and American aggression against the whole nation.

The statement stressed that the resistance to liberate Palestine does not stop from the resistance to liberate the Zionist entity occupied land in the occupied Syrian Arab Golan and the Shebaa Farms in Lebanon, denouncing the normalization processes with this entity in all its forms and colors, and demanding at the same time free peoples to take the appropriate position from them and the poison of misleading media.

The statement pointed out that the ongoing aggression against Al-Aqsa Mosque comes within the framework of the so-called "deal of the century" and the Judaization of Jerusalem and the declaration of the Jewish "state", stressing that this is a serious expansion project must pay attention to the Islamic world with its governments and peoples before it is too late and take strict positions in Facing this project "colonial Zionist."

The conference also stressed the rejection of US economic terrorism against Iran, denouncing Washington's support for terrorism and its various organizations.

The head of the judiciary, Sheikh Sayed Ibrahim Raisi, said in a speech at the end of the conference that "the unity of the Islamic world today constitutes a strategic step and an imperative necessity," stressing that anyone who seeks to divide Muslims among the advances within the policies of enemies.

He pointed out that Jerusalem is the first issue for all elites in the Islamic world, noting the struggles and sacrifices of the Palestinians and resistance movements in Palestine.

The 33rd International Islamic Unity Conference was launched in Tehran yesterday with the participation of delegations from 93 countries, including a Syrian delegation headed by Minister of Awqaf Dr. Mohammad Abdul Sattar al-Sayyed.
