The Cabinet discussed extensively the living situation in light of the daily changes on the economic reality and the fluctuations of the exchange rate and its impact on the markets with the continuation of the siege and unilateral coercive measures imposed on Syria.
It was agreed on an integrated package of decisions at the level of each ministry in the field of economic, financial and monetary policy in order to avoid any negative effects on the economy and the citizen in the current stage to be the implementation of its executive procedures in the coming days.

The Council approved the sorting of 30 "freight" cars from the ministries for the Syrian Trade Establishment to facilitate the marketing of citrus crop in a way that reduces the burdens on the productive farmers and ensures the transfer of citrus from production areas to consumption areas in all governorates.
