The General Organization for Housing announced today the allocation of 4308 housing in the projects of youth and labor housing and housing savings and the government program for housing in the provinces of Damascus countryside “expansion of the suburb of Qudsaya”, Aleppo, Lattakia, Homs, Hama and Sweida.
The allocation included subscribers to the youth housing project in the governorates of Damascus countryside, the expansion of the suburb of Qudsaya, Lattakia, Hama and Sweida, the labor housing project in the governorate of Damascus countryside, the martyr Basil al-Assad suburb of Adra, and the subscribers to the housing savings project in the governorates of Lattakia, Aleppo and Homs, and the government housing program project in Homs.
In a statement, SANA said in a statement today that SANA has allocated 1276 dwellings to subscribers to the youth housing project in rural Damascus, the expansion area of Qudsaya suburb “A” for the fourth stage, scheduled for 10 years, and category “B” for the fifth stage, scheduled for 12 years Allocating 874 dwellings to subscribers to the labor housing project in the suburb of Martyr Basil al-Assad in Adra.
In Lattakia governorate, the allocation included 797 Class A housing units for subscribers to the youth housing project in Al-Thawra Autostrad area for the third phase of 10 years, in addition to the allocation of 913 housing units (B-C-E) for subscribers to the residential savings project in Al-Thawra Highway.
In Homs, 94 houses were allocated to those who subscribed to the residential savings project in Al-Waer and Tal Kalakh areas and those who subscribed to the government program project in Al-Waer Expansion area, who submitted written requests including their desire to transfer their subscription to the area west of Damascus Road and specialize in one of the available housing.
The Foundation pointed out that 98 houses will be allocated for categories (A-B-C) for subscribers to the project of youth housing in the province of Hama, Dhi Qar, for the second phase, scheduled for 7 years, and the allocation of 253 houses of categories (A-B) for subscribers to the project of youth housing in the governorate. As-Suwayda, Salim area for the second phase, scheduled for 7 years, and allocating 3 dwellings for subscribers in Aleppo governorate on the residential savings project in Ansari area east.
The Foundation announced that the announcement of the nominal tables, including the names of subscribers arranged according to the preference numbers and dates of the allocation sessions and the estimated values will be effective from Thursday, 28 of November.
In its announcement, the Foundation called on subscribers covered by this announcement to review the branches of the Foundation in the governorates with their subscription books to check their payments made by them, indicating that the announcement does not include subscribers who are late in paying their monthly installments for more than 240 continuous or separate days who have not paid their obligations. Finance within the period granted to them until 30 June.
