The Iranian Foreign Ministry condemned US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's interventions in Iranian affairs in support of rioters and chaos in some Iranian cities.
"The practices of some anarchists and saboteurs supported by US President Donald Trump are absolutely inconsistent with the approach and behavior of the overwhelming majority of the conscious and discerning Iranian people," ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi was quoted as saying by the official IRNA news agency. Well, "such hypocritical and false statements do not include any sincere and genuine sympathy for the interest in his interest."
Moussaoui denounced the “abominable intentions” of the US government, especially its foreign minister, and criticized Pompeo for sympathizing with a people under the pressure of US economic terrorism.
