The General Company for Electricity of Al-Hasakah announced that the increase in electricity rationing hours in the governorate is due to the exit of Mabrouka substation from service due to the Turkish aggression a while ago and the increase of loads on the 230 KV tension lines connecting the two stations of Tabqa-Al-Bab.
In a statement to SANA correspondent, the company's general manager, Eng. Anwar Al-Akleh, stated that the 230 KV tension line from Tishreen Dam to Al-Hasakeh through Mabrouka station was discontinued due to the Turkish aggression, which increased the pressure on the second tension line between Al-Tabqa station-doors due to increased loads and feeding Many areas that were previously fed through Mabrouka station from the Tabqa line, such as the town of Tal Tamr and the surrounding villages and communities.
Al-Okla confirmed the continuation of the attempt to secure the company's workshops to Mabrouka station located in the western countryside of Ras Al-Ain city to detect them and find out the damages and basic requirements for maintenance and repair of the station and return it to service to improve the reality of electricity in the province.
The general manager of the company called on all participants to rationalize the use of electric power to avoid malfunctions of networks, transformers and frequent disconnections of electricity.
The province of Al-Hasakah is currently fed from the quantity supplied through the 230 KV tension line connecting the Tabqa-Al-Bab station, while the quantities produced from the Swedish power plant are allocated to the excluded service lines.
