A girl was killed and several others injured when a bridge over the Tarn river collapsed in southwestern France on Monday.
"The bridge collapsed, killing a girl whose body was recovered from the river, while her mother was rescued and several others were injured. Three buses collapsed in the river," France 24 quoted local authorities as saying.
About 60 rescue workers, including divers and 40 policemen, were involved in search and rescue operations and emergency helicopters were sent to the scene.
