The district board election voted four days later. "Hong Kong 01" found that there were at least five candidates who did not fill in political connections in Kwai Tsing District. They not only signed witnesses to each other but also handed in the forms at the same time. The political platforms were very similar.

Among them, Wang Hanzhi, the candidate of Xingfang District candidate, is another candidate for the constituency Wu Xiaolong. When Wang replied to the inquiry, he asked "Wang Wulong? I know." It was said that he met Wu when he handed over the form, and asked him to help sign it. Wang also said that he was doing kitchen miscellaneous work because of "stopping at the hand" and there was no time to canvass.

The reporter also found that the addresses of the above five people were reported to be the same secretarial company and the other one was empty.

"Hong Kong 01" looked up the information submitted by candidates from Kwai Tsing Districts to the Returning Officer and found that five candidates from different constituencies, although not filling out political links on the nomination form, served as witnesses. They are Liu Baiming, Liu Baitian, Kwai Shing East Village, Li Yixin, Xingfang Wang Hanzhi, Kwai Chung Village, North Kwan San, and Kwai Lian Wu Yulong.

The former executive committee of the formed group supports "Recovering Hong Kong" and the other two declare the same address.

Liu Yan-ming, a witness for the three candidates, is known to have served as the executive committee member of the Kwai Tsing Youth League, a subsidiary of the New Territories Association. He nominated documents in the District Council to support the "recovery of Hong Kong, the revolution of the times."

Liu Yanming and Li Yuxin are the same at the nominee's announcement. They are all one unit of Kwai Fong Golden Dragon Industrial Building. Li is the Director of the Curriculum of the Higher Education Institute of the Vocational Training Council.

Another candidate, Wu Haolong, reported that the address was a unit of Liwan Huali Industrial Center. The address and the Kwai Fong address declared by both Li and Liu are the offices of the same secretarial company, Easy Marketing Limited. The company offers serviced offices and virtual office services for rental mailboxes.

In addition, Liu, Wu and Guo used the same printers on the Kwai Hing Road to print election flyers. The design of the flyers was similar. The election banners of Lai and Liu are used by another printer at Kwun Tong Road. In addition, according to the records on the nomination form, Wu and Wang were handed over at 10:40 am on October 12, while Liu and Guo's forms were submitted at 10:06 on October 14.

Regarding the use of the same electoral message as Guo Sanquan, "To be democratic and free Hong Kong people to cheer", Wang said that he originally wanted to write "Five Major Claims", but he was worried that he would be "DQ" and thus filled in the above words. He said that he does not consider himself a pan-democratic because he does not like the Democratic Party but supports young people.
