MTR: The service hours of MTR lines, LRT and MTR buses will end at 11 pm. The Airport Express maintains normal service.

[22:34] The MTR announced that due to the blockage of the Tianshui District, the facilities and signal equipment of the LRT stations were damaged. The LRT service was adjusted as follows:
• The 705, 706 and 751P lines are suspended.
• The 761P line only runs from Yuen Long to Tang Fong Estate Station.
• The 505, 507, 614 and 614P lines were rerouted, with no stops in the city centre, Anding and Zhaolin stations.
• Line 751 only walks from Sansheng to Hung Shui Bridge Station.
• All light rail lines are maintained for 15 to 25 minutes.
[20:00] The Transport Department said that due to the destruction of the CHT facilities, it was not possible to open in a short period of time. Special free ferry services will be arranged from tomorrow (20th). The service hours are from 7 am to 7 pm. 30 minutes.

CHT: The back and forth direction could not be opened in the short term.
Tianhua Road: The whole line is closed in the back and forth direction. The expressway of Kwun Tong Bypass, which was closed to the Kowloon Bay near the Kai Fuk Road, which was closed earlier due to vehicle breakdown, has now been unblocked.

[14:00] More than 20 routes of NWFB Citybus were suspended, and more than 60 routes were diverted. Special flights for the tunnels of Routes 111, 115 and 116 will be opened, while Lines 904, 905 and 914 will continue to maintain limited services. The 751P line is replaced by the 705 and 706 lines. The 761P line was re-routed by Tin Yi Estate in Tin Shui Wai Area via Sheung Wan Estate, Tin Wing and Tin Shui Wai LTR Station and returned to Yuen Long.
Line 751 was re-routed by Tianrong in Tianshuiwei District via Wetland Park, Tianyi, Yufu and Tianyao Station and returned to Tuen Mun. In the Tuen Mun District, the city center was relocated to Anding and Zhaolin, and Sansheng was used as the terminal.
The 614 and 614P lines will be diverted from Tuen Mun, He Tin and Tuen Mun Estates to Yuen Long and Siu Hong Estate.
Other light rail lines remain unchanged. Line 751 does not pass through Green Lake and Friendship Station.
All light rail lines are maintained for 15 to 25 minutes.
[08:30] The MTR found a foreign object on the roof of the East Rail Line on the platform of Taiwei Station No. 2, which affected the train service of the East Rail Line. The situation has been dealt with since then, and the East Rail service has returned to normal.
[08:03] The MTR Whampoa Station reopened and the Kwun Tong Line train can now stop at Huangpu Station to pick up passengers.
[07:38] The MTR Corporation stated that a free shuttle bus line is taking the East Rail Line Tai Po Market Station to the West Rail Line Kam Sheung Road Station to ease the pressure on the East Rail Line.
[06:00] In response to the road conditions, KMB has 263 routes running normally, and 114 routes need to be diverted; all services of Longyun are normal. In addition to the following routes, the rest of the route is suspended:
