Bolivian authorities have revealed more details about the alleged call between former president Evo Morales and Bolivian unionist Faustino Yucra, where Morales allegedly gives him instructions on how to organize blockades in the country. CNN has not been able to confirm that it is Morales's voice and our requests for comments have not been answered. According to information collected by CNN, this video was obtained after the arrest of several people in the Cochabamba area. Authorities say the subjects organized violent demonstrations and blockades. One of the detainees, say the Bolivian authorities, is the son of Yucra. Apparently, Yucra's son supposedly had the video on his cell phone.
