The "Learning and Teaching Expo 2019" is jointly organised by the Hong Kong Education City and Bailey Communication HK and will be held at the Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition from December 11 to 13. This year, the organizer invited Mr. Wang Sizhen, Director of Education of the Ministry of Education of Singapore, and Mart Laidmets, Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Research of Estonia. The keynotes included "21st Century Classroom", "InnoSTEMer" and "Special Education Needs Seminar".

In recent years, the Hong Kong Government has been keen to develop STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education. In the junior high school IT course, Yinghua College has joined the artificial intelligence (AI) element. Chen Yujian, a teacher of the Information Technology Division and a deputy convener of the STEM Education Committee, said that using Microsoft's free resources and online applications, students can experience AI and big data applications through project learning.

For example, Chen Yujian pointed out that through the simple AI face analysis program, students can understand the principles of Suizhong and even big data technology. He also believes that in today's generation, students should master the ethical issues of using AI, such as how to deal with controversial issues such as the "Trolley problem" when designing or applying AI.
