Liu Tong, a former convener of the CUHK local cadre and anti-reform activities, was formally charged by the police today (22nd), referring to his entry into the Legislative Council Chamber on July 1 and On December 13th, he appeared in the Eastern District Court.

In two months, Liu Wei was arrested twice for the anti-revision movement. On August 24, he launched a demonstration in Kwun Tong District. The parade finally evolved into a police-civilian conflict.
