(CNN Spanish) - The Colombians returned to the streets this Friday, after the massive protests recorded just a day earlier in the national strike called by various sectors and organizations against the government of Iván Duque. In Bogotá, several groups of people gathered in the Plaza de Bolívar, in the heart of the city. There they performed a "cacerolazo" and were subsequently evicted by the Public Force. There are military and police in the streets of Bogotá.

The Colombian Federation of Education Workers (Fecode), one of the convenors of the strike on Thursday, published on his Twitter account that “with gases, weapons and bombs they will not silence the pan. As the hours progress, the authorities report clashes. President Iván Duque published on his Twitter account that together with the mayor of the capital, Enrique Peñalosa, they are following up “recent altercations of public order in some areas of the city”.

On Friday afternoon, the curfew was also imposed in three sectors: Bosa, Kennedy and Ciudad Bolívar. From noon governs the dry law that will run until Saturday.

The Transmilenio transport service reports 76 closed stations in the city and some acts of “vandalism” in different facilities. This Thursday at least three people died in the riots that occurred in Colombia after the national strike. Defense Minister Carlos Holmes Trujillo said in a press conference on Friday that two people died during a looting at a supermarket in the municipality of Buenaventura and another person died in the municipality of Candelaria, both municipalities in the department of Valle de Cauca

Holmes Trujillo said that the three deaths in that department are already under investigation by the Attorney General's Office.
