The images of the clashes in Bogotá

Although most of the demonstrations in Colombia passed peacefully, clashes were recorded in some parts of Bogotá. People who gathered in the Plaza de Bolívar, downtown, were dispersed by the Public Force at dusk. The national strike was called for Thursday by various sectors against the government of Iván Duque. According to the organizers, the objective was to protest, among other reasons, for the increase in unemployment in the last year, the murders of social leaders and some economic measures that they have called “the Paquette of Duke” and that they claim will affect the workers, Young people and pensioners.
