Last updated: 2019-11-23 15:43The district board elections will be held tomorrow (24th). There are five constituencies to change the polling stations. The new and old polling stations in some constituencies are one hour apart. The electors must not go wrong.
There are currently 5 constituencies for changing polling stations, namely:
(1) The Pokfulam Constituency in Southern District is located at Sha Kiu Road Hall, Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong. It is located at Yue Kwong Road Sports Centre, 43 Yue Kiu Road, Aberdeen;
(2) The Tsim Sha Tsui and King's Park Constituency, the Hong Kong Post-secondary College in Hung Hom, was changed to the Yau Ma Tei Kai Fong Association School at 80 Public Square Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon;
(3) The Tai Po Chuan Wan Constituency, the Hong Kong University of Education Jockey Club Primary School in Tai Po, was re-provisioned at the Shing Kung Hui Estate, Sheung Wan Estate, Tai Po, Tai Po, New Territories;
(4) The Sha Tin Chun Ma Constituency, which is located at the Fu Tung House, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Sha Tin, was changed to the Yan Tai Estate Hong Kong Tai Shan Chamber of Commerce Elderly Activity Centre, 1 G/F, Chun King Road, Shek Wan Estate, Sha Tin, New Territories;
(5) The Futai Constituency in Tuen Mun, located at the polling station of Guo Shao Ming Building, Lingnan University, was changed to Xingde School (with covered playground) at No. 1 Qingping Road, Tuen Mun, New Territories.

Futai New Ticket Station opposite the main entrance of Lingda Library, Xingde School
Among them, the new and old ticketing station is the Futai Constituency in Tuen Mun. It was changed from Lingda Guo Shaoming Tower to Xingde School on the opposite side. It is only a few minutes away. You can walk over the bridge or cross the road at the main entrance of Lingda Library.
However, other constituencies are not so close.
Tsim Sha Tsui and King's Park Ticket Station have been changed to Yau Ma Tei Kai Fong Association School
The polling stations in the Tsim Sha Tsui and King's Park Constituencies have been re-routed from the Hong Kong Post-secondary College in Hung Hom to the Yau Ma Tei Kai Fong Association School. It is run by the Zhonghua Book Company and the electors of the district can be described as one east and one west. If you make a mistake, it may take half an hour to walk to the station.
Chun Ma Ticket Station changed to Yan Oi Tong Hong Kong Tai Shan Chamber of Commerce Elderly Activity Centre
The Sha Tin Junma Constituency also has a similar situation. The original ticket is at the Zhongda Fuer Dun Building. The new location is the Yan Oi Tong Hong Kong Taishan Chamber of Commerce Seniors Activity Centre near Jun King Plaza. If you need to "fall the mountain" at the University, I believe it will be Very inconvenient.
The other two places have multiple polling stations, one of which has changed and the others are unchanged.
Voters need to go to the designated polling station to vote. They cannot go to other polling stations because the new location is "not on the feet". Because the station director must check the identity to issue the ballot, only the designated polling station has the relevant voter information. (data picture)
The Pok Fu Lam Hall of Pok Fu Lam will be re-routed to the Yu Kwong Road Sports Centre.
The ticketing station of Sassoon Road Hall in Pokfulam, namely the Ming Tsz Wan Estate in Hong Kong, has been changed to the Aberdeen Yuen Kiu Road Sports Centre. It is a long way away and the Aberdeen Reservoir Road and Yue Kwong Road are narrow slopes. If you are driving, you should pay attention to the parking lot and there is no parking space on the roadside.
Chuanwan Teaching Contest Mahui Primary School was changed to Guangfu Village 阮 Zheng Mengqin Primary School
One of the polling stations in the Shipwan Constituency of Tai Po was originally the Jockey Club Primary School of the Hong Kong University of Education. It has been changed to the Glory Village Anglican Church and Zheng Mengqin Primary School.
Guangfu Village Shenggonghui Zhengmeng Qin Primary School is located beside the Chinese Christian Church Fengliang Xun Nian Middle School and Guangping Building of Guangfu Village. If you take the bus to Guangfu Shopping Mall, you should see the two buildings in the southwest toward Dapu River.
It should be noted that the new address is not the Anglican Church of the Fuheng Village, Zheng Mengqin Yinyu Primary School, and the two are one south and one north. Don't go wrong.
Must go to the designated polling station to vote with the original ID card
Voters must bring their ID cards to designate polling stations to vote. Even if there is more than one station in the district, they cannot vote at another station because they are "on the foot". For details, please refer to the polled notice card that has been mailed, or Confirmation on the "Electoral Information Online Access System" (www.voterinfo.gov.hk).
