Last updated: 2019-11-24 21:14 An 11-year-old girl, at 3 pm today (24th), was passing by Tseung Kwan O Street, Tseung Kwan O. She was suspected of stealing the bottom of the skirt with a mobile phone.
The personnel received the report and, after preliminary investigation, arrested a 20-year-old young man named Jiang, suspected of destroying the public body and being taken back to the police station for investigation. The case was handed over to the criminal investigation team of the Tseung Kwan O Police District for follow-up action.
