The Committee pointed out the need to spread tax awareness through the various media and to combat tax evasion and urgency in the issuance of a new tax system that achieves tax and social justice.

In its recommendations, the committee pointed out the importance of supporting the agricultural sector in both plant and animal sectors and securing its basic requirements, in addition to supporting the industrial sector, granting it the flexibility, facilities and incentives necessary to return the production cycle and encourage exports through granting the necessary incentives and work to reduce import operations, especially for goods and consumables. Local production and focus on the importation of productive assets and the need to take all necessary measures and monetary policies to stabilize and stabilize the foreign exchange rate and put a definitive end to financial speculation in the local markets and To work on finding foreign markets for the conduct of the marketing of national products.

The Committee pointed out that the State budget for 2020 is acceptable and adequate if the management and exploitation of material and human resources optimally.

The report of the Committee for deliberation, where a number of members stressed a number of recommendations contained in the report, including the need to expedite the restoration of vegetation due to damage caused by terrorism and the extension of the law 46 of 2008 on the scheduling of debts of the Agricultural Bank and the support and financing of farmers, especially in the province of Hasakah and the return of dismissed workers Localization of primary and secondary education and development projects in rural Aleppo free from terrorism.

The appropriations of the state budget project for the fiscal year 2020 were set at a total amount of 4000 billion Syrian pounds. Current operations' appropriations were estimated at 2700 billion pounds, while the investment operations appropriations were estimated at 1300 billion pounds.
