Last updated: 2019-11-26 14:58Three men and women were injured in the killing of the Lennon Wall in Tseung Kwan O in August. One of the female reporters suffered serious lung injuries. The man involved was charged with three counts of intentional wounding, and his lawyer said today (26) in the District Court that he would plead guilty. The judge postponed the case until next month, at which time the defendant would formally reply and intercede. The defendant did not apply for bail and continued to return.
The defendant, Hong Zhen (age 50), reported that his tour guide had pleaded guilty to three counts of wounding under Article 19 of the Offences Against the Person Ordinance. The charges include that he illegally and maliciously injured 2 women and 1 man in a pedestrian tunnel at King Lam Estate and Chung Ming Court in Tseung Kwan O on August 20 this year.
