The purpose is to resolve them peacefully. At present, 300 minors have left PolyU in this way.
As for people with medical needs, Lin Zheng pointed out that the government will also arrange for them to go to hospitals as soon as possible and treat them as "medical first". They can leave PolyU by registering their personal data in the same way as people under the age of 18.
