For Klinsmann it is the second coaching station in the Bundesliga. As head coach of FC Bayern München 2008/09 he had failed before the end of the season. Since his end in the US national team in 2016, he was without a coaching job. The Berlin tried to SPIEGEL information already in the summer of 2018 to him - at that time still without success.

The fact that he is taking over the job is probably due to investor Windhorst. After many "calls back and forth and a call at home, if it would be alright," said Klinsmann Hertha. Mrs. Debbie gave her okay.

The expectations of Klinsmann are now high. Currently Hertha is ranked 15th - the Relegationsplatz 16 separate the club only two more scored goals over Fortuna Dusseldorf. His first appearance as a coach Klinsmann already on Saturday. Then Hertha meets at home on runner-up Borussia Dortmund.

For now, the Klinsmann experiment is scheduled for six months. It is not excluded that he will even continue in the event of success.

The number of the day: seven kilos

The employees of a national park in Thailand discovered so much rubbish in the stomach of a dead deer. During a patrol, they came upon the animal, which apparently had eaten large quantities of plastic for a long time. The debris probably blocked his digestive tract, said the director of the National Park. In the future, visitors should increasingly be called upon not to leave their trash in nature.

My evening: the recommendations for your end of workday

Take a movie night! It gets dark outside early, and on top of that, it's also pretty uncomfortable. That's the best excuse to end the day on the couch. You will definitely find the suitable movie in this list. The BBC asked critics this year for the best films of women. From "Lost in Translation" to "Matrix" to "Lady Bird", there should be something for every taste.

You would rather be productive instead of drowning in home cinema? Then you could think about the Christmas gifts. That's not how much time is left. As a motivation, I recommend this text from last December. In it explains psychologist Miriam Depping, why it can go wrong, not to pay anything.

I wish you a nice finishing time.
