The General Organization for Housing announced today the allocation of 3434 houses in youth housing projects, housing savings and the government housing program in six governorates.
The allocation included subscribers to the youth housing project in the governorates of Damascus countryside, Lattakia, Hama, Sweida and those who subscribed to the housing savings project in the governorates of Lattakia, Aleppo and Homs, and the government housing program project in Homs.
In a declaration received by SANA today, the Foundation indicated that 1,276 houses have been allocated to subscribers to the youth housing project in the expansion area of Qudsaya sub-category “A” for the fourth stage, scheduled for 10 years, and category “B” for the fifth phase, scheduled for 12 years.
In Lattakia governorate, the allocation included 797 houses of category “A” and “B” for subscribers to the youth housing project in the Al-Thawra Autostrad area for the third stage in 10 years, in addition to the allocation of 913 houses of categories “B- C-” to subscribers to the housing savings project in Revolution Highway area.
In Homs, 94 houses were allocated to those who subscribed to the residential savings project in Al-Waer and Tal Kalakh areas, and those who subscribed to the government program project in Al-Waer expansion area, who submitted written requests including their desire to transfer their subscription to the area west of Damascus Road and specialize in one of the available housing.
The Foundation explained that 98 houses will be allocated for the categories “A-B- C” for subscribers to the youth housing project in Hama governorate of Dhi Qar and 253 dwellings of categories “A-B” for subscribers to the youth housing project in Al-Suwayda governorate.
