Protests continued in some areas of Lebanon to demand the return of smuggled funds, improve living conditions and fight corruption.
The Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) reported that a number of protesters closed the entrances of the TVA building, prevented employees and citizens from entering.
A large demonstration took place yesterday in front of the Banque du Liban on Hamra Street in Beirut, rejecting its monetary policy and demanding the return of looted funds.
Some areas in Lebanon have witnessed sit-ins and demonstrations since the 17th of last month to demand the improvement of the living situation, some of which were cut off roads and the closure of a number of schools, banks and institutions.
