Taiwanese Li Mengju accused of illegally providing state secrets

Both the Guangzhou Daily and the Southern Client of Southern Metropolis Daily reported that from the national security agency, on October 31, the Shenzhen National Security Bureau arrested Taiwanese resident Li Mengju with the approval of the Shenzhen People's Procuratorate. Refers to Li Mengju's suspected crime of spying abroad and illegally providing state secrets.

It is reported that Li Mengju is a key member of the Taiwan independence organization. He went to Hong Kong in August this year to participate in supporting "anti-China chaos in Hong Kong" activities and sneaked into the country to probe military secrets.
