Damascus countryside - Sana
Two children were killed today after a mine explosion left by terrorist organizations in Eastern Ghouta of Damascus countryside.
A source in the Damascus Rural Police Command told SANA correspondent that two children aged 9 and 8 were killed after a landmine they found while grazing sheep in the farms of Hosh Nasri village in Douma area in the Eastern Ghouta.
The remnants of terrorists, including improvised explosive devices, mines and unexploded ordnance, which they planted in many places in Ghouta before they were defeated, pose a serious threat to the lives of civilians and impede their normal lives.
A woman was wounded last month by a landmine explosion while working on her land on the Douma road.
