Walt is an app that offers delivery service in Tel Aviv and downtown, a service that storms into our Tel Aviv lives overnight, becoming a favorite app for White City residents who may never sleep, but definitely doze off quite a bit after a good manch.

Many became addicted to the welcoming and obese service, to the relatively short service times and the "cool" chat reps wearing cute smiles and gips, but behind this lubricated machine stands unsteady service, lack of responsibility with the customer, and especially the sin of hubris.

Before Walt arrived in the city, the service of Let Bite ruled indisputably. I myself would order thousands of shekels a month to give a bite (not alone) and feel very much that they rested on the laurels and sinned in the sin of hubris. They thought it would be easy for them and that they could afford to provide mediocre service at best, because there was no competition on the way.

But like a shark that smelled of blood, Walt emerged from the shadows and took a juicy bite from Give Bite's clientele, suddenly the conversation in the Tel Aviv workplaces was about the excellent app with the available service that brings food from a lot of restaurants and no time, and let the bite fade.

But then something happened, and slowly Walt began to scoff. Lack of taking responsibility when they saw mischief in front of restaurants claiming it was a restaurant problem (last time I checked, I spoke to you directly and charged me and the restaurant quite a bit of money for it). A lousy shekel compensation offer, in case it is obvious to every layman who should win at least half the price of the meal, and especially loads of nerves, which will eventually get a credit, but regret the day you downloaded the app.

In my case, Walt offered a meager compensation of a few shekels while they were late for an hour and a half, brought a missing order and the food spilled in a bag. Not only that, they chatted with me for half an hour before receiving the credit.

The war of attrition that Walt is waging in front of her customers is boiling, and it's time that we as customers don't agree to be a captive audience for a company that doesn't value us. Walt executives, don't make the mistake of biting urine, and are now trying to fix it all, with huge TV advertising budgets and improving their service, so-called "too little, too late."

You can still change, you can treat your customers with respect, not as a captive audience. You can take responsibility for your deliveries, because the behavior itself is with you and not with the restaurant, your problems with the restaurant you have to solve behind the scenes, and not with the customer.

Moulet said: "Lockch ordered a dish that does not include sauces. When he did not receive ketchup, he contacted customer service and won the order. He is right and today the dish will include ketchup."
