"Strong and beloved woman": Kinneret was killed in an accident near her home in the north

Amar, married and the mother of six sons, ages 7, 13, 15, 18.5, 21 and 23, was born and raised in Yavniel to the Attia family. Hundreds of people escorted her last night on her way to the Yavneel cemetery. "She was a righteous woman. She raised six sons," residents of the town told her. "A strong and beloved woman. It's a terrible disaster."

Yesterday morning Amar took one of her sons to school in Yavneel, and when she went to Kfar Tavor, the fatal accident happened. Since January 2018, three people have been killed in the road between Kfar Kama and Kfar Tavor, which is only four kilometers long. There have been no changes to the road for decades, but works are underway to regulate two dangerous junctions in this section, at the entrance to the bee and Sharona figure, and in the last year a number of works have been done to improve the road - however the road is still narrow, almost without margins and no illumination at night, and unsuitable for development. In January 2018, Alma Lerner, a resident of Moshav Sharona in the Lower Galilee, was killed. Two months later, an 81-year-old man was killed in a head-on collision between two cars. In the same accident, a man and woman aged 30 and a toddler about two years old were also injured, all of them lightly. The 81-year-old is in human condition at Ha'emek Medical Center in Afula, where his death was determined following CPR efforts. Fourteen years ago, Lerner killed three young women from Kama's village, including Nili Natho, an Israeli national basketball player.

After the accident in which Miss Lerner was killed, residents of the Lower Galilee demonstrated on the road and called for his arrangement. The protesters blocked the movement and carried signs that read "The Minister of Transport does not hear us", "767 Red" and "We deserve to live". Among the protesters was also widow Gilad, who said: "I did not believe in life that Athalman at age 34 with three children. Too many people were killed and injured here. It is a crowded, narrow and dangerous road."

Three vehicles were involved in the accident in which Amar was killed. MDA teams arriving at the scene performed CPR operations in the end of which they had to determine her death. In the accident, two other people were lightly injured, and were evacuated to Poriya Hospital in Tiberias. Md. Tzuri Nabat paramedic and MDA senior medic Muhammad Shibli said: "This is an accident. Roads are very difficult. The driver of one of the vehicles, a 49-year-old woman was caught in the driver's seat when she was unconscious, without a pulse and without breath, we rescued her from the vehicle that was completely dismantled for an ambulance while performing CPR, she suffered a very severe systemic injury and eventually had to determine her death. The two drivers from the other vehicles involved in the accident were lightly injured, and after medical examinations on the ground, they were evacuated to continue hospital treatment. "
