Acre is known as one of the most intriguing cities in Israel, at least in culinary terms, one that can be reached and even desirable, especially for visiting the intriguing restaurants and food stalls that the place offers. When they say "local cuisine," most often refer to the local fish, which does represent most restaurants.

However, a new restaurant that opened on the promenade in the city "threatens" to slightly change the canoe scene. The restaurant, Lujo's name, was opened by a pair of restaurateurs Issa and Manar Elias, owners of the city's Kantra restaurant, who joined chef Shadi Bishara, who is behind the Olivo and Alabour restaurants.

At the center of the restaurant, a huge stone tabun will be placed, which will in fact be based on most of the dishes on the menu, which the restaurant defines as "a combination of local muesli cuisine with Italian touch". A variety of seafood dishes, dough dishes, meat dishes and even brunch meals will be served at the restaurant, of course, alongside quite a few fish dishes.

Among the starters are special dishes such as shawarma calamari, roasted eggplant with beef ragu, brazole, white tortellini, arabis kebab and sojok (seared sausage in tabun). The bakery category also includes surprising combinations such as Asado and Gouda Sambusk, Chicken Sachsen Sambusk, Marinara Pizza and Creamy Chicken Pizza.

Notably, Dennis served the fillet in tahini and seared casserole, alongside the Dennis and Halberk fillet in Tabun. Inland dishes are milky kebab, lojou steak, blue cheese steak and chicken suflaki.
