Washington - SANA
In a new statement confirming his continued blackmail of the Saudi regime for more money, US President Donald Trump announced that this system pays billions of dollars in exchange for Washington's protection and military support.
"We have transferred additional military forces to Saudi Arabia and they are paying us billions of dollars," Trump told a joint news conference with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on the sidelines of the NATO summit in London. Among them are very rich countries ... that is unfair. ”
Trump said he had held talks with six countries on the issue, including the Saudi regime.
Trump pursues a policy of extorting money from the Saudi regime, which he described during his 2016 election campaign as a “dairy cow” that generates gold and dollars and has repeatedly asked him to pay for protection. “There are very rich countries in the Middle East that won't stay a week without our protection. You pay for it. ”
The new funds to be paid by the Saudi regime to Trump will be added to the $ 460 billion granted to the United States through an arms deal made during the U.S. president's visit to Riyadh in 2017 and another $ 200 billion from the regime's crown prince, Mohammed bin Salman, during his visit to the United States in March 2018.
