Fenigstein, a resident of Petah Tikva, was killed tonight in an accident on a light rail in Jerusalem when she was trapped under one of the carriages after suffering from an epilepsy.
Fenigstein recently began her year of service in the pregnancy ward at Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem, where she described her as a young woman who "lit up the place."
"Tamar was a girl who loves people wherever they are," said Nadav Afri, Tamar's sister-in-law. "As part of her national service, she volunteered at the Risk Pregnancy Department at Gates of Justice out of love for people." He said she was active and mentor in the Ezra movement. "She has always been important to the family and the connection of the companies. She asked when we were going to sit down."

Her friend, Achinoam Bueno, who recurred the serious accident that occurred when Feinstein experienced epilepsy. Who were on their way back from watching a movie.
