Quiroga: "the tale of the coup is a fantasy"

The former president of Bolivia, Jorge Quiroga, was appointed international delegate of the transition government. Its mission will be to denounce the human rights violation that ex-president Evo Morales would have promoted since leaving the country. Quiroga tells Fernando del Rincón how he would convince the Mexican government that there was no coup in Bolivia.
